Everybody who is over 12 remembers O.J. Simpson, the white Bronco, the bloody glove, etc. etc. Well if you've paid any attention to the news you know that OJ Simpson was recently said to have been involved with a robbery at a hotel. After further investigation, OJ Simpson was finally arrested!
It's a bit funny to me that right about the time that his book was released, OJ Simpson does something just silly enough to get arrested...does anybody else think that maybe this is just going to be some publicity that will increase sales of the book? Britney Spears – “I looked like a fat pig!”
I swore to myself I wasn't going to do it, that I would not put Britney on the site for her involvement with the VMAs. I caught it, I was never a big fan, but I didn't see much wrong. For a woman now in her twenties who has had two children in the past few years, I thought she looked pretty darn good. Of course I can't critique the performance because I wouldn't know Britney at the top of her game from the drunk asian girl who sang "Toxic" at the bar Tuesday night, but I don't see what the big deal was.
What I do take issue with are Britney's quotes regarding the performance. After the show she broke down Kanye-style and was crying and yelling, reportedly screaming "I looked like a fat pig!" over and over. We've obviously taken issue with female role-models, (guess whether or not any of the writers have a daughter) but for somebody who can barely be considered chubby to blow up over his or her body is just terrible form. Come on Britney, think about who is going to hear this stuff!

Seriously, 'Maybe my skin's not right?' What the hell is that supposed to mean? We talk a lot about people who should be role-models screwing stuff up for our kids, but this is the worst! Kanye is getting rich, and black kids across the country are learning that it's okay to pass the buck to everybody else when you do fail. Come on, is this guy serious?

I've got to be honest with you here, 85% of the reason I'm putting Vanessa Hudgens on the site is that I scoped out that nude photo of hers after reading on CNN that her publicist actually released a statement claiming that Vanessa's nude photo was real. Plausible Deniability may be a figment of my imagination, but why would an 18 year old girl who is the star of DISNEY MOVIES allow a picture to be leaked, and why would she fess up to it? I read in the news today that Leona Helmsley left a 12 million dollar trust fund when she passed away...TO HER DOG. What kind of society do we live in? Lets take a look at this fundamentally. DOGS CANNOT SPEND MONEY. This is so ridiculously ludicrous, that there really isn't anything to say. Trusts and Estates are regulated by our judicial system. We have probate courts...and they are filling out paperwork that gives money to a dog.
Do we really not have anything better to do with our lives? I believe that this woman gave a terrible name to losers who are obsessed with their pets, our already troubled court systems (thank you Mr. Gonzales), and her ridiculous family. The worst part is that the publicity this is getting (by myself included) will only perpetuate crap like this.
