Victory came today for Louise Ogborn, 21, who sued fast-food giant McDonalds for failing to warn employees about a hoaxer. And the hoax? Apparently in April of 2004, then 18 year old Louise Ogborn was "forced" to strip after a man called the store, claiming to be investigating a theft. Video was captured of Louise Ogborn nude, performing sexual acts on herself and the boyfriend of an assistant manager who worked there. When asked why she didn't just leave, she answered that "I was scared, and I was petrified. I didn't know what was going to happen. I didn't know if this was my last day on Earth."
What kind of jury awarded this woman 5.5 million dollars in damages? We're talking about a dumb 18 year old girl who stripped butt-naked, and played with herself while working at McDonalds. She performed sexual acts on the boyfriend of an assistant manager, and completely degraded herself. Why? Because somebody called and claimed to be investigating a theft? There is no argument that can be made that would persuade me that this woman was a victim of anything other than her own ignorance! America is going to go even further down the crapper if we keep rewarding ignorance. Are we ever going to stop this?

You are an insensitive ass…did you even see the story? She was coerced into doing this. She was an 18-year-old kid threatened and trapped. 5.5 Million might be excessive, but to even infer that Louise Ogborn is at fault is asinine.

I’m going to go ahead and do something I don’t normally do, and drop a “my bad”. You’re right Mr. W. This is not Louise Ogborn’s fault at all. I suppose at 18, I might have gotten naked on command to. Lets point our fingers at the real culprit then; her parents. Come on, buddy! I didn’t read anything about Louise Ogborn having down syndrome, it wasn’t talked about in the trial. So what would possess an 18 year old girl in a public restaurant, to strip and perform sexual acts on herself and others? What kind of coercion could possibly allow somebody to reasonably justify those actions? But I digress, let us indeed shift the fault from young Miss Ogborn, and ask ourselves what the hell her parents did wrong!!!
