Is this guy serious? Michael Vick has been indicted on charges of running a dog fighting operation. We’re talking brutally maiming and killing animals. That takes one sick, sadistic douchebag of a a person, but Michael Vick pulls it off without incidence. I’m not a tree-hugger, I don’t much care for the whales, and in general I believe what a person does in his or her own time is his or her’s own business, but this is just twisted.
This guy serves as a role-model for children. As somebody in a position of making millions of dollars for playing a game, he should indeed be held to a higher standard than non-celebrities, but most importantly he should consider the impressionable minds of the children looking up to him before pulling ridiculous stunts like this. That, or since he has claimed to be religious in past interviews, he could just wonder what kind of things might an omnipotent deity frown upon.
<p>I find that Michael Vick is really reaching for the stars in his imaginative way to further disgrace professional athletes. Drugs, prostitution, or rape is not good enough for Vick. He is a visionary who deserves our contempt.</p>

Plus, people who derive pleasure from abusing animals are usually sociopaths and if left unchecked can learn to derive pleasure from abusing other forms of life - like wives or children.
